Food For Thought


This morning I am on my way to a three day retreat with my class. I'm a little bit nervous, but also pretty excited because I think it will be a really good bonding experience for us all and a good chance to come together for our last few months of high school. The scary part is I'm going to be having a technology free next three days. That means no blog posts, and a lot of inner reflection. (Hence the photo I chose above!)

Until I return, I want to encourage you all to try and get more in touch with yourselves. Though we can't all go on a retreat, you can do this by practicing meditation, going for a walk and just thinking, or spending time alone doing something you love.
